• 2. Certified Copies
  • Cost: 20 MAD per certified document.
  • How it works:
    • Obtain official certification for your documents in digital format.
  • Common documents: Diplomas, ID cards, birth certificates, etc.

Refund Policy:

We are committed to high standards of reliability and transparency. However, certain situations may warrant a refund:

• Cases Eligible for Refunds:
  • Proven technical issues:
    • Example: If an electronically signed document is not generated with the required QR code for validation.
  • Certification process failure:
    • If the platform cannot complete the final step of document certification.
  • Errors caused by Wraqi:
    • Any malfunction preventing the completion of your request.
• Cases Not Eligible for Refunds:
  • Document rejection by an administration for external reasons (e.g., content errors, non-compliant format).
  • Errors or omissions in the information provided by the user.

Prepaid Electronic Signatures:

• How it works:
  • You can purchase a predefined number of electronic signatures in advance.
  • These signatures can be used to sign your documents as needed.
  • Example: If you purchase a pack of 50 signatures, you can use them to sign up to 50 documents or 50 signatories.
• Pricing:
  • The fee per electronic signature may vary depending on the number of signatures acquired. This allows you the flexibility to use them at your own pace.
• Conditions:
  • Prepaid signatures are non-refundable.
  • They do not have an expiration date and can be used until the stock is exhausted.
  • Ideal for businesses or frequent users looking to optimize their administrative processes.
  • Important Note: The fee of 20 MAD covers administrative costs related to verification and processing. As such, it is non-refundable in cases of document rejection for these reasons.
